Celebration Day:
We prefer to treat our closings as a celebration - not just another transaction. In most cases, this is one of the biggest investments that our clients will make. We believe that it should be treated that way. We make sure that our closings are stress-free - providing accurate closing documents and more than enough time to review them prior to the big day. In addition, you will be asked to complete a survey (at closing) in reference to our performance. We have been tracking our client satisfaction for many years and feel that this is the best way for our company to improve.

After Process:
Just because your loan is closed doesn't mean our job is done. We want clients for life. That means our business is not transactional, but on-going. Each year, your consultant will check-in with you to inform you of the value of your home and to make sure that you are in the best mortgage program for your current situation. In addition, you will receive our monthly mailer "A Nichols Worth" with important information and free tips.
